Lisa joined Next Step in 2024 after more than 12 years as a buyer in Marin County, California. Previously, Lisa owned a successful boutique in Sonoma County that was awarded “Best Boutique” in the area. With her experience on both sides of the retail industry, her specialty is customer service! Outside of work, Lisa enjoys making time for jewelry design, gardening, designing her remodel, riding her beautiful horse and playing with her puppy.
