Stepping out in faith 25 years ago, Bob & Skeeter Harju started Pumpernickel Press out of the basement of their Leesburg, Virginia home. With only 20 designs of embossed boxed Christmas cards, they reached out to retailers across the country. The response was both immediate and overwhelmingly positive, and the business hasn’t looked back since. 25 years and hundreds of new designs later, Pumpernickel now sells to over 2,000 retailers across the US and Canada. Joined by their sons Ryan and Robbie, Bob and Skeeter continue to strive to produce only the highest-quality and most beautiful greeting cards on the market, based out of their headquarters in Berryville, VA.
